How To Create A Peaceful Life

A peaceful life is a dream most of us have, but that goal can be hard to achieve in the course of our busy lives. The good news is that even if you can’t ditch annoying co-workers or eliminate rush hour traffic, you can create a peaceful space in your apartment where you can thrive.

Some Principles for Peaceful Life:

What’s important. First, take a step back and think about what’s Important to you. What do you really want to be doing, who do you want to spend your time with, what do you want to accomplish with your work? Make a short list of 4-5 things for your life, 4-5 people you want to spend time with, 4-5 things you’d like to accomplish at work.

Change Yourself:

If you try to change the environment single-handedly, the chances are you will fail. Instead, change yourself to suit your environment. As you do this, even the environment, which has been unfriendly to you, will mysteriously change and seem congenial and harmonious.

Do Not Be Jealous:

We all have experienced how jealousy can disturb our peace of mind. You know that you work harder than your colleagues in the office, but sometimes they get promotions; you do not. You started a business several years ago, but you are not as successful as your neighbour whose business is only a one year old. There are several examples like these in everyday life.

Should you be jealous? No. Remember, a person’s life is shaped by their destiny, which becomes their reality. If you are destined to be rich, nothing in the world can stop you. And if you are destined to be poor, then no matter what you do, you will only be what you are destined to be. Nothing will be gained by blaming others for your misfortune. Jealousy will not get you anywhere; it will only take away your peace of mind.

Never Leave The Mind Vacant:

An empty mind is the devil’s workshop. Keep your mind occupied in something positive, something worthwhile and negative thoughts will not plague your mind. Actively follow a hobby, something that holds your interest. You must decide what you value more.

Money or peace of mind. Your hobby, like social work or religious work, may not always earn you more money, but you will have a sense of fulfillment and achievement. Even when you are resting physically, occupy yourself in healthy reading or mental chanting of God’s name.

What Is The Most Important Things In A Relationship

Relationships:

The most important thing in a relationship is trust. If you have no trust, there is no relationship. The whole relationship will be hard and difficult and would cause a lot of worrying and aggravation if there is no trust.

Trust:

By far, this is the foundation that everything else is built on. If you don't Trust Someone, how can you love them?  A relationship is a very intimate thing, and I'm not just talking about sex.  Yeah, sex is intimate, but the things that you discuss are intimate too.  Things such as your past history, things you fear, things you yearn for...not things you would tell someone you don't trust.

Friendship:

To find a true love, you must first find a true friend. Love does not consist of gazing into each other’s eyes, but rather looking outward together in the same direction. To love someone completelely you must love them for who they are, not what they look like. Friendship is the soil through which love’s seeds grow. If you want to bring love into a relationship, you must first bring friendship.

Honesty:

It's not a relationship if you can't be Honest with eachother. My and my girlfriend know basically all of eachother's secrets (unless I've somehow forgotten to tell her something . Similar reasons to honesty, really, but it's even more important in a long-distance relationship, where techncially, anyone could be doing anything, but you know they're not, because you trust them.

Commitment:

It's not a relationship if you feel like you can drop it at any point. Personally I plan on spending the rest of my life with my current girlfriend although I know it's probably a bit early in my life to be saying that.

Touch:

Touch is one of the most powerful expressions of love, breaking down barriers and bonding relationships. Touch changes our physical and emotional states and makes us more receptive to love.

What Is The Most Important Thing In Our Life

Health is the most important thing for everybody. But our life is difficult and it is full of sudden events, so if you get into trouble and your health is not good, life is not finished. You can work to make your health normal. It may be very difficult to achieve, but there are NO impossible things in life.

A lot of people only care about money. “I’m sick? No need to worry, lets go to the local chemist and buy some $100 painkillers, that’ll solve our problems”. Indeed, money is a Very Important aspect in life. Without money, you can’t provide for yourself and your family.

Good health would be high on anyones priorities, and the presence of love in ones life is also of major importance. Without having Good Health, a person would just die, like a car that hasnt been maintained in a long time.

Some people just take health for granted, until they get sick and miss being able to do normal everday tasks without a struggle. You don’t miss it until you don’t have it anymore. A lot of people say the Happiness and joy is much more valuable than being healthy.

To sum up, health is definitely the most important aspect in life. It’s like a gun and ammo. If life was a gun but without ammo, cannot be used, But if it had ammo (money, happiness etc), it can be used.Health is really important for our life. Without health, it is possible to own a high quality of life.

So, we should pay more attention to our health. If you do not know how to keep fit, you can find some products to help you. Remember, the product you choose should be suitable for you. The well-organized system in P90x makes it open for the majority of people.

How To Living A Tension Free Life?

Is it really possible to live a life without crushing tension or stress in modern world? It is true that stress is a natural phenomenon given to us by the nature to deal with day to day problems or emergency. Stress spurs a man to action. There are other simple methods to reduce tension. Fortunately the best treatment is easy and it costs nothing. And the best of the benefits is that you don’t get any side-effects.

Here are some tips:

Talk to people in your family

You may not be talking to your loved ones, or maybe no one's starting any conversation. The easiest way to start a conversation is to tell them what you've done through the day, and ask them what had chanced with them.

Listen to music

Music has got a lot of power to relieve your mind. I am a musician and play many instruments. Music has the power to change the pattern of impulses in your brain. Avoid soft music to relieve you. This is a rubbish convection. It has been scientifically proven that soft or sad music can make you even more Unhappy. My advice is that you buy an iPod and listen to all the stuff that you prefer.

Think Positive

Dont even remember all the negatives that had chanced on you through the day. You must think about what's to be done, rather than what's happened to you. Think of your future instead.

Share your secrets with someone.

If you have trouble doing this, surround yourself with kind, loving friends and see how they talk to you. Be sure that you talk to them the same way. Eventually, you learn to be just as kind to yourself as your supportive friends are.

Take it Easy

It is true that you can’t do without work. We must work very hard to achieve. It is good for health and mind. But once a day at least for one hour it is useful to forget work and do the things which relax you.

Simplify Your Life

A man makes his life complicated himself and gets in the grip of Tension wave. Too many expectations, too many aims, too many friends to appease, too many love affairs to handle – bothering you from all the sides the whole day and the whole month. Simplify your life – have only one love affair or wife, have a few good friends, have one or two aims in life. You can’t handle everything efficiently. After all you are a human being.

How To Stay Healthy In Our Daily Life

Here are a few steps anyone can follow to stay or become healthier. But it takes you just a few seconds to know something, maybe so useful. Few Years ago people said health is just not being ill. But nowadays it has an other definition."Being healthy" is more than just not being ill. It has many parts as body health & mental health. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

Some Important Steps For Your Health Also:

Eat between 3 and 5 meals a day: Stick to portions and you will be hungry when your body is ready for the next meal. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are meals you cannot go without; otherwise your body does not receive the nutrition it's supposed to get.

Sleep about 7-8 hours every night: Don’t sleep too much or too little. Don't overdo Crabs! Makes sure you eat a limited amount of carbohydrates each day. Don't go without them, just don't eat allot of them.

Exercise: You can't live without it. Make sure you spend around 30 minutes to an hour doing nothing but some running, weight lifting, push ups, and maybe some sort of aerobic exercise is good.

Vitamins: If you’re taking vitamins, know that they are not necessarily of any benefit and may harm you. Most People can get all the vitamins you need from food.

Drink 6-12 glasses of water each day: It keeps your skin moist and will keep you from becoming dehydrated.

Some Valuable Tips For Our Health:
  • Some foods, like celery and gum, help you burn calories by chewing.
  • Too much sugar is not very ideal.
  • Eat fruits when craving something sweet. The thought of fresh fruit may not sound as satisfying before you bite into it but it actually is more satisfying than Junk Food. And then your mind craves the real foods again not the junk.
  • Counting calories is annoying, so instead of doing that, just eat the portion size and when ordering a large portion of something, save the rest of it for another meal. The food will not disappear!
  • There are many popular diets on the market today, but most of them are unhealthy and sometimes even dangerous. So be carefully about that…!

How To Live A Simple Life

In our daily lives, we often rush through tasks, trying to get them done, trying to finish as much as we can each day, speeding along in our cars to our next destination, rushing to do what we need to do there, and then leaving so that we can speed to our next destination. The first secret to how to live a simple life is to look honestly at how life gets complicated. It is different for each of us, but there are some common principles. The first one is about taking on new responsibilities without fully acknowledging the costs and complexities they add to our lives.

The first secret to how to live a Simple life is to look honestly at how life gets complicated. It is different for each of us, but there are some common principles. The first one is about taking on new responsibilities without fully acknowledging the costs and complexities they add to our lives. You see, when we were young we saw the world through simple, hopeful eyes.

We knew what we wanted and we had no biases or concealed agendas.  We liked people who smiled.  We avoided people who frowned.  We ate when we were hungry, drank when we were thirsty, and slept when we were tired.Over the course of time, we made our lives more and more difficult, and we started losing touch with who we really are and what we really need.

Let’s make things simple again.  It’s easy.  Here are 9 ways to do just that:

  1. Don’t try to read other people’s minds.  Don’t make other people try to read yours.  Communicate.
  2. Be polite, but don’t try to be friends with everyone around you.  Instead, spend time nurturing your relationships with the people who matter most to you.
  3. Your health is your life, keep up with it.  Get an annual physical check-up.
  4. Live below your means.  Don’t buy stuff you don’t need.  Always sleep on big purchases.  Create a budget and savings plan and stick to both of them.
  5. Get enough sleep every night.  An exhausted mind is rarely productive.
  6. Get up 30 minutes earlier so you don’t have to rush around like a mad man.  That 30 minutes will help you avoid speeding tickets, tardiness, and other unnecessary headaches.
  7. Get off your high horse, talk it out, shake hands or hug, and move on.
  8. Don’t waste your time on jealously.  The only person you’re competing against is yourself.
  9. Surround yourself with people who fill your gaps.  Let them do the stuff they’re better at so you can do the stuff you’re better at. Organize your living space and working space.  Read David Allen’s book Getting Things Done  for some practical organizational guidance.
Once you start living in the now, avoiding the dream state created by the mind, you will notice that your life becomes really simple on its own. External circumstance may change but they are not important anymore. The secret to live a Simple life is to realize that “life” is always simple it’s only the “mind” that makes it complex – no mind, no problems.

What Really Drives You In Life?

Have you ever been asked the question, “What’s your aim in life?”

Do you mean ‘aim’ as in purpose, reason, aspirations, the point of, the plan, etc.?

Your question has no specific answer; it will have not one answer but many depending on who answers your question. Personal conditions as well as religious preferences will determine the different responses….which will be influenced by their own aims in life…not yours, so the answers, might not be as clearly explicit as you expected.

Each person has their own aims, purpose, and motivation in life. All aims and purposes are as valid and valuable as the next one. One or a hundred answers will not give you the exact response that you are seeking, that is if you are searching for answers to your own aim and purpose in life. If you ARE searching for your own aim or purpose, then this is an inquiry that only you can answer.

I cannot tell you what your aim in life is but I can tell you mine and that is to live life as an honest person with gentleness and compassion for those who need it; love and appreciate those who surround me; help whoever I can with whatever I can; share experiences which might lend a hand to someone in need, and above all not to take myself so seriously that I cannot laugh at my mistakes and learn from them.

Finally age as gracefully as possible and enjoy the beauty of all that surrounds me before my page is closed.Life is brief, a quick turn of a page in time; live it as best as you can, love as much and as hard as you can, share that love and appreciates all that surrounds you.

It is as simple as that, and still so complicated. I think that I have to agree with those who said that you will get many different answers since each and every one of us on this earth play a unique role in the big game.If I should try to make a general statement for all of us, I think it should be:

To make this world a better place.

And to be able to do so, we have to experience certain things throughout our personal journeys. I have an image of what my role is, and I am trying to follow the right path every day. It is not always about the big things in my life, but very often, almost always, about the everyday tasks. How do you know you are on the right path? You can feel it in your heart. What your heart tells you is never a lie, it is the Great Spirit's language. So, listen to your heart, and you will be fine.

How To Be Happy With Your Life?

Hello Every Body,

I am Smruti Ranjan Samal ( HAPPY).
This is my homepage, so I have to say something about how to be happy with your Life. I hope that my blog impression and your impression about my blog are not so different. Here it goes.

Being happy seems like a hard goal to achieve for many people, but with these few steps you can realize the joy in your life regardless of what you're facing. And once you embrace the joy you will be happy and content in your life!

The first key to happiness is to be grateful for what you do have in your life. A very effective way to recognize what you are grateful for is to think of 5 things each night. They can be the same 5 things each night or new things that you think of. It can be as simple as being grateful for a new day that could present a new opportunity or it could be as big as being grateful for landing a new account. Focus on those 5 items as you fall asleep and if you can think of them first thing as you wake up then that is a wonderful way to start the day.

The next step to being happy is to think of one thing you want in your life, it could be a $5 bill or it could be a new wardrobe or it could be a family  visit. Every day spend a few minutes to envisioning how it feels to have that and then take one small step towards making it happen. The feeling you get when taking that small action will add to your overall happiness level all day.

Accept responsibility for your life and make the choices that will add to your peace and happiness. You can decide and choose to be happy regardless of the challenges you face and struggles in your life. Everyone struggles in their own ways, sometimes inwardly and sometimes outwardly, and life can be a challenge; the fabulous thing is that you can decide to be happy in spite of your environment and struggles. Even the small act of saying in your head, "I am a happy person" and also my name is Happy so,i will give you peace and lead to happier events in your life.
